The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a great part of the city where you can easily access anywhere, including the airport or train station. The hotel is not far from the bustling shops, yet it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, especially in the secluded garden. The rooms are full of character and class, with authentic charm. The staff provides excellent service and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and the cakes on offer are simply delicious!

Some rooms might not have window screens, which can attract mosquitoes at night.

The hotel's cleanliness was perfect. The staff were really nice too make my stay enjoyable. The location, situated on a quiet canal, was perfect and conveniently close to the Vaporetto stop and away from the main tourist places. The breakfast offered was excellent and had a variety of options.

We enjoyed our stay at this place and can recommend it without thinking. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well. Even after our check-out in the morning, it was no problem to leave our luggage here until the evening, so we could enjoy our last day without our luggage. The hotel is centrally located, you can reach the main attractions on foot. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel at home.

We stayed in a hotel located in a lovely quiet quarter, away from the cruise boat hordes but very close to everything. The hotel had its own landing stage for water taxis, which was a great way to start our trip. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the coffee was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful, flower-filled garden during breakfast.

It would have been nicer to have a dedicated lounge area for guests or a sofa in the room.
